Terms & Practical Information
- Our spacious penthouse on Bonaire accommodates up to 5 guests. The penthouse features 2 comfortable bedrooms and offers stunning views over the sea and surrounding area.
- The minimum stay is 7 nights (1 week) but you can always contact us with a request for a shorter stay.
- Upon arrival, you will be personally welcomed, given a short tour of the penthouse, and handed the keys.
- For the cleaning and preparation of the penthouse, we charge a mandatory cleaning fee of $250 per stay (subject to change if necessary).
- To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 25% of the total rental amount. The remaining 75% must be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within 6 weeks before arrival, the full rental amount must be paid immediately upon confirmation.
- No additional service charges will be added beyond the rates communicated in advance.
- Payments can be made in both US Dollars and Euros.
- Prices and terms may be adjusted without prior notice. Naturally, confirmed reservations will remain unchanged.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that it is never pleasant to cancel a holiday or stay, both for you and for us. Sometimes plans change unexpectedly, and therefore, to avoid misunderstandings and provide clarity for both parties, we maintain the following cancellation policy. We kindly ask that all cancellations are submitted to us in writing by email.
- In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks prior to arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
- In case of cancellation between 6 and 4 weeks prior to arrival, 50% of the total rental amount will be refunded.
- In case of cancellation between 4 weeks and 1 week prior to arrival, 25% of the total rental amount will be refunded.
- In case of cancellation less than 1 week prior to arrival, no refund will be provided.
